Deckplate Leadership.
Chiefs are visible leaders who set the tone. We will know the mission, know our Sailors, and develop them beyond their expectations as a team and as individuals.
1. In your own words define, ‘Deckplate leadership’.
2. Outline how you apply your leadership style to the Navy‘s ‘Brilliant on the
Basics’ programs.
3. With regards to leadership, what is the most effective way of being ‘visible’ and setting the ‘tone’ within your workcenter, division, and command?
